These Terms govern the use of the Utura Tech website (CNPJ 48.024.720/0001-13, Maringá, Paraná). By accessing or browsing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Purpose

The site is informational: it presents Utura Tech's solutions, cases and contact channels. No content here constitutes a binding offer, proposal or contract.

2. Proposals and contracting

Information sent through the form serves to start a commercial conversation. Scope, deadlines, prices and conditions of each service are defined in a formal proposal and a specific contract signed by the parties.

Texts, brand, logo, layout, code and other elements of the site belong to Utura Tech or its licensors and are protected by Law 9,610/1998 (Copyright) and Law 9,279/1996 (Industrial Property). Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited. Cases shown with the “Demo project” label are illustrative; third-party brands belong to their respective owners.

You agree not to: (i) use the site for unlawful purposes; (ii) attempt to access restricted areas or Utura Tech systems; (iii) send offensive, false or rights-infringing content; (iv) perform reverse engineering, automated scraping or server overload.

Personal data processing follows the LGPD and is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. External links

The site may contain links to third-party pages (social media, WhatsApp, partners). We are not responsible for the content, practices or policies of those pages.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We strive to keep it updated and available but do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Utura Tech is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, without prejudice to the rights set out in the Consumer Protection Code.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Maringá, Paraná, are elected, without prejudice to the consumer's home venue.
